UIKA Graduate School Receives Visit from Delegation of Imams and Da’i of Republic of Maldives
Bogor, November 7, 2024 The Head of the Postgraduate School and Vice Rector III of Ibn Khaldun University (UIKA) Bogor received a visit from the Delegation of Imams and da’i of the Republic of Maldives (Maldives).
This visit is part of a series of activities carried out by the Brotherhood of Da’i and Imams from the Maldives Ministry of Religion, which was held on November 4-10, 2024, in Jakarta.
A direct welcome was delivered by the Director of the UIKA Bogor Postgraduate School at the meeting. Where the head of the delegation was grateful for the warm welcome given.
On this occasion, H. Hendri Tanjung, Ph.D., as Deputy Director I, comprehensively explained the development of the UIKA Bogor Postgraduate School, both in terms of academics, innovations that have been made, and the fulfillment of facilities that support student activities.
Meanwhile, Dr. H. Ibdalsyah, M.A. as Deputy Director II, also provided an overview of resource management, cooperation with various parties, and postgraduate contributions in the field of da’wah.
The two deputy directors also gave the Maldives delegation the opportunity to further discuss relevant aspects of education and religion.
This activity took place in the Multipurpose Building of the UIKA Bogor Postgraduate School from 14.00 to 17.00 WIB and was also attended by teaching lecturers and became a good forum for exchanging ideas about education and religious aspects.
