Collaboration between UIKA Bogor Postgraduate and UI Tribakti Lirboyo Postgraduate Programme

Monday, 20 May 2024. UIKA Bogor Postgraduate School has carried out collaboration with the Postgraduate Programme of Tribakti Islamic University Lirboyo Kediri. In the event, there was a Studium General with the theme ‘Thematic Tafsir as the Basis for the Progress of Islamic Higher Education’ presented by Dr. H. Abas Mansur Tamam, Lc., M.A., and a Visiting Lecture with the theme ‘Fiqh as A Code of Conduct on Environmental Ethics’ presented by Dr. H. Abbas Sofwan Matlail Fajar, SHI, LL.M.

The event was attended by the Chairman of the Ibn Khaldun Bogor Islamic Education Foundation, H. DIDI HILMAN, S.H., M.H., M.Pd.I. Vice Rector I, Dr Hj. Maemunah Sa’diyah, M.Ag., as Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, and Vice Rector IV, Dr. Budi Susetyo, Ir., M.Sc., as Vice Rector for Cooperation and Development. The Director of the UIKA Bogor Postgraduate School is H. DIDI HILMAN, S.H., M.H., M.Pd.I. Deputy Director I of the UIKA Bogor Postgraduate School is H. Hendri Tanjung, Ph.D., as Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, Innovation, and Student Affairs, and is attended by Deputy Director II, namely Dr. H. Ibdalsyah, M.A., as Deputy Director for Resources, Da’wah, and Cooperation.

The leadership of Tribakti Islamic University Lirboyo Kediri attended the event: Dr. H. Badrus, M.Pd.I. as Vice Rector I, Dr. H. Abbas Sofwan Matlail Fajar, S.H.I., LL.M. as Director of the UI Tribakti Lirboyo Postgraduate Program, as well as 20 people as lecturers, management staff, and 145 UI Tribakti Lirboyo Kediri students.

This event aims to increase the silahturahim/bbrotherhood between the two universities. The signing of the Certificate of Collaboration between the Director of the UIT Lirboyo Postgraduate Programme is a sign of connection between the two universities as a form of Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
After the event was completed, leaders and students from UI Tribakti Lirboyo were given the opportunity to carry out a campus tour in the UIKA Bogor Postgraduate School environment.
Alhamdulillah, the event went very well.
